Reselling Sparkbooth Software
If you are selling photo booths and want to include Sparkbooth software, please note that the license agreement does not allow for reselling the software without permission. To resell Sparkbooth software, you must contact us for permission and agree to the following requirements:
Purchase Licenses Allowing Commercial Usage
You must purchase Sparkbooth Premium or DSLR licenses, as these are the only types that allow for commercial usage.
Purchase One License Per Photo Booth
You must buy one license per photo booth. Splitting activations from a single license across multiple photo booths or owners is not allowed. This protects both you and your customers. If the software needs to be reinstalled and the license key reset, all installs on that license key will be deactivated. Splitting activations can cause confusion and issues for your customers.
Register the License Key Under the Customer's Email Address
Register the license key using your customer's email address. This is for support purposes. Although many photo booth resellers promise to handle all technical support, customers often contact Sparkbooth support directly. We need to verify their license to provide assistance. This also ensures the photo booth owner controls all their activations if they need to reactivate or reset their license.
These requirements are in place to protect both you and your customers.
