  • Live view cannot be displayed during the session, but you can enable it at the beginning of the session to allow guests to get into frame / position. To enable this feature, kindly navigate to the Settings section, then select Mirror Booth, followed by Guest Selection. Activate the Ready Screen option, which will initiate the camera's live view and showcase it for the predetermined duration you have set up.
  • You have the ability to incorporate your own MP4 videos by navigating to Settings > Mirror Booth > Video Clips. Utilize the + icon to generate your personalized video clip collection and include MP4 files to the video clip set.
    • If your videos contain text, it is advisable to disable the animated text by removing the text you do not wish to display under Settings > Messages. We suggest using videos without text and utilizing the option to overlay text that will be visible over the video.
    • If your custom MP4 videos are not playing, the issue might be related to the MP4 encoding format. To solve this, consider re-encoding the videos using H.264 codec. Media encoders such as Adobe CC Encoder, VLC, or Handbrake can be used for this purpose.
