Sending Support Requests
You can send support requests to Sparkbooth support directly from the application. This will send your system information and logs to help determine any issues you are experiencing. There are two ways to send a support request:
Method 1: Using Keyboard Shortcut
- Hold down
Shift-Ctrl-9
from the main screen.
Method 2: Through Settings
- Go to Settings (press
Ctrl-1
to display). - Navigate to About.
Click the "Request Support" link.
Submitting the Support Request
- A dialog will be displayed which you need to fill out.
Press the OK button to send the support request.
