Enabling Prompt Timeouts

The Prompt Timeout setting is a configurable option in your photo booth software that limits the amount of time the system waits on certain prompt screens before automatically proceeding. These prompt screens include the print photo confirmation, send photo by email, or send photo by text screens.

Prompt Screen Example: The second image shows a prompt screen where the countdown timer is visible. This indicates the remaining time before the system automatically proceeds if no action is taken by the guest.

Guest Convenience: It ensures that the flow of the photo booth session remains smooth, preventing unnecessary delays.
Efficiency: It helps in maintaining a steady flow of guests by reducing the time spent on each session.
Handling Walkaways: It is particularly useful in cases where guests walk away after taking their photo. The software will automatically move forward, ensuring the booth is ready for the next guest.
