Enabling Photo Retakes

The "Photo Retake" feature in Sparkbooth allows users to review each photo after it's taken and decide if they want to keep it or retake it. When enabled, a prompt appears to confirm if you want to keep the photo or take it again, adding flexibility to your photo booth sessions.

    • Buttons: If you choose Buttons, a visual prompt with “Retake” and “Keep” options will appear on the screen, allowing users to click their choice directly.
  4. Set Timeout Option (Optional):
    • You can set a timeout for the retake prompt, which is ideal if you want the photo booth session to proceed automatically.
    • If no action is taken within the specified time, the photo will automatically be kept.

How to Use the Retake Photo Feature During a Session

    • Once a photo is captured, the "Retake" and "Keep" options will display based on your settings.
  2. Decide on Action:
    • If Buttons are enabled, click Retake to take the photo again or Keep to save it.
    • If Notification is enabled, press R to retake the photo or any other key to keep it.
  3. Timeout Action:
    • If the timeout is set and no action is taken within the set time, the photo will automatically be saved.
