  1. Guest Message: The message displayed to guests after the photo has been queued.
  2. Photo Queue: View all queued photos with the date, time, and prompted information (name, email, comment, Twitter), and upload errors (if any).
  3. Queue Controls:

  • "Select All" button to select all photos in the queue.
  • "Select None" button to deselect all photos.

  1. Upload Service: Select the service to upload photos. Review this list as not all services are available for Send Photo Later.
  2. Service Settings: Display settings for the selected upload service. A green LED indicates the service is configured and ready for upload. A red LED means the service needs configuration.
  3. Upload: Upload all selected photos in the queue to the selected service.

Backing Up the Queue

  • Export: Use the Export button to back up the queue and restore it later using the Import button. This only backs up the queue metadata, not the photo image files.
  • Metadata: Exporting backs up metadata associated with each photo (telephone number, email address, etc.) and the location of the image file.
  • Import: When importing the backup file, the image files need to be in the same location as in the file, or in the same location as the backup file when importing to move the queue to another computer.
  • Re-upload Option: You can also import the sparkbooth-uploads.txt file in the Documents folder as an option to re-send or re-upload photos.
