Resetting Google Permissions


If you are having problems with authorizing Sparkbooth with Google services (Google Drive, Gmail, Google Photos), try resetting Sparkbooth's permissions with Google. To remove Sparkbooth's access to your Google Account, follow these steps to disconnect Sparkbooth and revoke its permissions:

  1. Access Your Google Account Connections:

    • Scroll to locate Sparkbooth in the list of connected applications.
    • Click on Sparkbooth to view connection details.

    • In the Sparkbooth details, find the "Delete all connections you have with Sparkbooth" section.
    • Click the trash bin icon or the corresponding link to delete the connection.

    • A prompt will ask for confirmation to delete the connections with Sparkbooth.
    • Click "Confirm" to complete the process.


Important Information

  • Data Retention:
    • Disconnecting does not erase data already shared with Sparkbooth. Contact Sparkbooth or follow their procedures to delete your data. You will also need to log out of your Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Photos settings in Sparkbooth.
  • Feature Access:
