Using Windows Viewer to Print

If you are experiencing printer errors or unable to adjust printer settings to achieve the desired print quality directly from Sparkbooth, try using the "Windows Viewer" option.

1. Select Windows Viewer in Sparkbooth:

• Go to Settings > Printer Setup and select Windows Viewer.

  

  
  

1. Open Setup Dialog:

• Click the Setup button.

  

  
  

1. Configure Printer in Windows Photo Viewer:

• This will open the image in Windows Photo Viewer. Configure the printer from this dialog. Any prints made from Sparkbooth using the "Print directly to Windows system" option will use these settings.

  

  
  

1. Alternative Method to Open Windows Photo Viewer:

• If the Setup button does not work, use Windows File Explorer, right-click on an image file, and select Print to open Windows Photo Viewer.
