Using Counters

Counters enable users to monitor the quantity of sessions, uploads, and prints. When utilized in conjunction with triggers, it is possible to configure Sparkbooth to:

• Automatically shut down the photo booth after a specific number of sessions
• Deactivate printing capabilities following a designated number of prints
• Restrict the quantity of mobile photos that can be texted
• Issue email or text notifications to the user once a predetermined number of sessions, uploads, or prints has been attained. This feature is particularly beneficial for receiving alerts regarding the need to replace printer paper after reaching a specific print count

You have the option to access counters in the following ways:

• By navigating to Settings > Counters
• Alternatively, you can access them by pressing ctrl-4 on the main screen if the keyboard shortcut feature is enabled
